Medical and field delivery
Vertex is being designed to carry medical supplies, emergency equipment, and other small loads when road access is slow or blocked.

The mission
Vertex is designed to move small loads and give response teams better visibility in places that are difficult to reach by road.
Vertical takeoff gives teams more options when a runway is not available. Vertex remains in development; published performance figures are development targets.

Vertical takeoff and landing will let operators launch from small sites without a runway.
Built-in color and thermal cameras will give operators a view of the route and delivery area during the same mission.
A winch will lower supplies from a hover so the aircraft does not have to land at the destination.
Inside the build
We are updating the airframe, testing core systems, and preparing Vertex for integrated ground tests.

We are updating the airframe and checking its weight, structures, and hardware for the next build.
We are testing propulsion, tilt, power, and flight-control hardware in repeatable setups.
After subsystem testing, we will move into full-aircraft ground tests, controlled flight, and operator feedback.
